I really wanted a hard copy of the e-book included with the Kaplan course in order to highlight and take notes but was hesitant to order it based on the previous review that this book was different. After struggling with the decision for a few days, I finally decided to go for it and I am very glad I did! It is the exact same as the e-book included in the Kaplan NCLEX course, which is extremely helpful! For those of you who have not taken the Kaplan course, this book basically breaks down the most essential information from various textbooks and organizes it into the structure of the NCLEX test. I have found it considerably helpful in reviewing material for the NCLEX and definitely recommend this book for content review! That being said, this book is strictly a content review guide - it does not include any NCLEX-style practice questions or tests.Product details

Great study aid!
Like the review and reading at my leisure. Only complaint is the size of my kindle didn't accommodate all of the charts, so I had to swipe back and forth. Otherwise the charts, formats, an information were direct. I'm sure it helped because I recognized teaching points I had seen in questions. The questions and rationales made more sense after reading this.
My daughter needed this and the price was good on .
This book is much easier to use than the online version that came with my Kaplan course. It is fairly easy to follow. The book is probably about two inches thick.
If you like to read extensively this is a good book.
So much better than the ebook that comes with Kaplan. I highly recommended if you like things on paper. Also, the ebook is slow to search key words and not efficient when you want to look quickly through it. Great info! This one I'll keep even after the NCLEX.
I bought this to help prepare for the NCLEX. While I appreciated Kaplan's live online review, this book was not reader friendly. I quickly returned it for a refund. The Kaplan live online, live Hurst review, UWorld practice questions, and prayers to my Lord Jesus helped me to pass the NCLEX in 75 questions.
